On the terrace, under the night sky, with a view of Pasadena's historic sky line,
we are presenting our fourth annual Summer Concert Series.
For the entire Summer, we are presenting bi-weekly concerts featuring some of L.A.'s finest musicians.
Each specially themed concert will run from Thursday through Saturday nights and begin at 8:00 p.m.

Legendary vocalist Ernie Andrews performs the music of Duke Ellington with an all-star assemblage of L.A.'s finest. Special guest is master of the tenor sax, Houston Person.

On loan from the Count Basie Orchestra, trumpet great William "Scotty" Barnhart brings the muslc of Louis Armstrong, Miles Davis, Lee Morgan, Dizzy Gillespie and Wynton Marsalis together tonight celebrating the publication of his new book, "The World of Jazz Trumpet". the all-star quintet includes Rickey Woodard, saxophone; Gerald Clayton, piano; Ryan Cross, bass and Lorca Hart, drums.

Boogie master Carl "Sonny" Leyland teams up with mid-western piano great Butch Thompson in this foot stompin' tribute to Meade Lux Lewis, Albert Ammons, "Jelly Roll" Morton and "Fats" Waller. Hal Smith on drums and Marty Eggers on bass round out the evening.
